Candy for My Soul is now available on Kindle!!!

I would like to take this time to announce that my novel, Candy for My Soul, has been added to the Kindle book list. This new revolutionary device gives writers a new arena to promote and sell their work.

For those of you who don't know what a Kindle is, here are a few facts about the device:

- Revolutionary electronic-paper display provides a sharp, high-resolution screen that looks and reads like real paper.
- Simple to use: no computer, no cables, no syncing.
- Wireless connectivity enables you to shop the Kindle Store directly from your Kindle—whether you’re in the back of a taxi, at the airport, or in bed.
- Buy a book and it is auto-delivered wirelessly in less than one minute

Look at me, in tune with new technology. You Go Girl!!!!!

"Hancock" the movie review

I don't usually do movie reviews, but I was compelled to post due to the amount of bad reviews this movie is receiving. Gotta help a brotha out sometimes!!!!!

My family and I saw "Hancock" yesterday. Unlike so many others, I actually enjoyed the movie. The plot was different than most of the Hero movies that I'm dragged to seeing by my husband and kids.

Wil Smith did a great acting job and I found my self laughing and gasping a lot at some of the crazy scenes. Especially, the prison scene...too funny.

All in all, it wasn't Wil Smith's best film, and maybe he won't reach his usual grand box office numbers, but I will check out the sequel because there most definitely will be a few to come.

One more thing, WS is quite FINE in this movie. I hope that the sequel bring him a FINE sista to cure his loneliness....lol
