Book Expo America 2005 New York

Hey friends,

It's been a week now since I got back from the overwhelming Book Expo America 2005 in New York. I met lots of editors and publishers, with the hopes of having my second novel Candy for My Soul published by a major publishing company. My book signing went really well and I made some great contacts. In the midst of working the room, I got to rub elbows with Fantasia, Blair Underwood, Spike Lee, Iman and a host of other authors and celebrities.

This weekend I have a booksigning at a McDonald's restaurant on Panola Rd. in Atlanta and Sunday I will be attending the VIBE Musicfest Workshops and doing plenty of networking.
